Our mission is to create domestic intersections where the function and form meet in harmony. Together we can explore opportunities to enhance your interior space. Using some existing or all new furniture and decor, we can transform any space to fit your desired purpose and aesthetic. Together, we will develop a room layout and carefully consider each element, from lighting and wall color to art and other decor. As part of our services, we will order and install the new elements for your room and manage any tradespersons needed to get the job done.

Our Approach

  • Initial Consultation: Collaborative discussion with client with a focus on inhabitants, location, and aesthetics. Economic goals and scope of the project will dictate the steps to follow.

  • Presentation: Floor Plans, Space Planning, Art Integration, Mood Boards (furniture selection, decorative elements).

  • Preparation: Construction documents - floor plans, elevations and specifications. We work with a talented network of builders, engineering professionals, artists and artisans to create plans for permitting and construction.

  • Sourcing: Furniture, cabinetry, window treatments, lighting, artwork and decorative items.

  • Product: Ordering, tracking, inspection, delivery and installation.

Home Staging Sevices

Our staging and styling services include: vacant properties, occupied homes, outdoor living spaces, and model homes. We also offer home improvement recommendations on how to prepare a property for sale including new paint color choices, flooring improvements and window treatments.

  • Site Visit: We’ll discuss timeline, design objectives, budget, site measure for floorplans.

  • Proposal: We’ll present a detailed proposal for furnishings, installation timeline, and pricing schedule.

  • Installation: Our staging crew will deliver our curated selection of high quality furniture, rugs, art, and decorative items to transform your space within 1-2 days.

  • Removal: Our crew will return to dismantle staged items after an offer has been accepted.
